We are seeking an experienced Accommodation & Registration Executive with a strong background in hotel operations and congress registration. This role requires excellent English language skills and a talent for handling accommodation logistics and client communications. Ideal candidates will have experience in hotel front office or reservations and be adept at managing participant registration and accommodation needs for large-scale events.   • Oversee and manage all aspects of both registration and accommodation for a dedicated congress, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with hotels, handling room blocks, reservations, modifications, and resolving any accommodation-related issues.
  • Independently set up, monitor, and manage the event registration portal, ensuring it captures essential participant details and integrates with accommodation logistics.
  • Timely respond to attendee inquiries regarding registration and accommodation, providing prompt, customized support.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure cohesive planning, aligning with overall event goals, timelines, and operational needs.
  • Support the operations team to negotiate terms with hotels, securing the best rates, cancellation policies, and amenities to meet event requirements.
